Internal CommunicationsThe intranet site for this nonprofit organization mimicked the public site shown here. Carolyn Farmer Sampson wrote content for internal audiences of doctors, nurses, executive leaders, department managers and other staff. This photo does not represent Carolyn’s actual writing, but the tools used for articles, photos and videos published twice a week to staff at several medical centers and occasionally to the entire organization of 20,000 employees.
